When you place an order on 714Tickets.com, depending on the tickets you select, you will have the some, or all, of the following delivery options: Pickup at 714Tickets office; E-Delivery, Instant Download, or Mobile Entry; shipping via UPS. 

Pickup at 714Tickets office means you can pick up your order at your convenience in our office in Anaheim, CA for free!

If your tickets are being delivered via E-Delivery, or Instant Download, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to download your tickets. The link will take you to your account on 714Tickets.com where you can download your actual tickets for the event.

Some tickets will be noted as Mobile Entry which means you must have a smart device upon entering the venue. For this type of ticket, you will need to download a separate app to view the ticket and receive the tickets via transfer after you purchase the tickets. It is very important that you give us the correct email you will use to receive and accept the tickets being transferred. 

Choosing to have tickets shipped does not ensure that the ticket will be a hard stock ticket. All tickets shipped will be done so via an express delivery service (i.e., UPS, Express Mail, etc.) and will require an adult signature. We use express delivery services requiring signature to ensure that your tickets arrive safely and that their location can be tracked at any time. It is your responsibility to track your package and to be available to accept the package. You agree to provide us with a secure delivery location and authorize someone at that address to act as your agent in your absence to accept delivery of the package. Your expected ticket arrival date is based on the actual date we ship the order, not the date the order is placed.

As example; if you choose “One Day Shipping” you will get your tickets one business day after the seller ships the tickets and not necessarily one business day after you place your order.
